Steps to receiving a tree:

  1. Fill out the Tree Recipient Interest form.

  2. Schedule a site visit (scheduling link sent out in September or February via email).

  3. We work with you to assess and finalize tree species and placement on your property and mark the site with flagging. We also submit a DigSafe request.

  4. Fill out a Property Owner Consent form.

  5. Our Canopy Crew cohort plants a tree on your property on a fall or spring Saturday!

    (Fall: mid-October - early December; Spring: mid-March - early May)

  6. We give you a tree care guide, and you can keep us updated on the status of your tree via survey check-ins.
